Chilaquiles box: sabroso talento
Oswaldo Silva desafió a la pandemia y la supera con creces.
Un visionario en medio de la crisis es Oswaldo Silva Hernández: emprendió en pandemia el negocio que ahora es una la franquicia más solicitada en Chihuahua.
Como un artista que convierte lo cotidiano en algo especial y trascendente, Oswaldo tomó el típico platillo mexicano de los chilaquiles, apostó y ganó. En solo un fin de semana llegó a ser un must en la capital.
Actualmente, Chilaquiles Box cuenta con veintiún sucursales, de las cuales trece abrieron en doce meses.
Cocina la idea
Oswaldo visualizó Chilaquiles Box en el 2019, cuando se dedicaba al manejo de redes sociales y diseño de publicidad para restaurantes.
En ese momento, un cliente le pidió la cotización para cajas de bolas de arroz personalizadas, cuando Oswaldo vio el producto se percató que son ideales para cualquier platillo y pensó que podía gestionar un negocio de alimentos usándolas.
Al principio, Oswaldo estaba interesado en vender ensaladas en las características cajas de comida china, pero luego de consultarlo con amigos y familiares, los chilaquiles se volvieron un concepto más atractivo.
En el 2020 Oswaldo perdió el empleo, pero su inquieta mente recurrió al proyecto Chilaquiles Box y con un préstamo de 20 mil pesos, el primero de abril colocó su carrito y usó la receta de su mamá y hermana.
El primer fin de semana auguró el futuro: un completo éxito.
Oswaldo comparte su logró con su familia, quienes los apoyaron en el desarrollo de los chilaquiles, con las salsas hechas por su mamá “un domingo por la noche nos juntamos a hacer la prueba con las primeras cajitas”.
Expande sus sueños
Chilaquiles Box se desarrolló bajo la idea de ser un negocio práctico, tanto para los dueños como para empleados y clientes; y bajo este modelo, que destaca por ser flexible y con una inversión accesible, Oswaldo decidió franquiciarlo.
“Se fue acomodando, las personas interesadas en adquirir una franquicia fueron apareciendo y busqué asesoría para formalizar el proceso, como el registro de la marca”, indicó.
Con el fin de fomentar el crecimiento de Chilaquiles Box busca dar primero un giro a la cadena en cuestión de imagen e innovación y luego buscar expandirlo fuera del estado, hasta donde le sea posible.
Oswaldo se describe como una persona activa, amante de la lectura y del autoaprendizaje, por lo que por su cuenta se instruye en mercadotecnia. “Soy una persona muy inquieta, siempre traigo algo en mente, me gusta mucho el diseño gráfico, pese a que no lo estudié y suelo diseñar el branding de cada negocio que se me ocurre, aunque no lo lleve a cabo”.
Este ímpetu por investigar y crear, lo mantiene en movimiento.
Para continuar la cosecha de triunfos abrió un gimnasio para box, deporte que es su pasión; también planea convertirlo en cadena.
“Mi propósito es hacer crecer mis dos marcas y aprender todo lo posible en el proceso para futuros proyectos”.
